摘要 对混合动力汽车现有的镍氢电池组的通风结构进行了研究,分析了不同电池模块配置方式对电池组冷却空气流场和温度场分布的影响。在现有的顺排和叉排的基础上提出了梯形排列,采用ANSYSCFX软件对不同排列进行了数值模拟,结果表明,梯形排列方式可以较好地改善电池组温度分布的均匀性。最后,设计了梯形排列电池组样机,并进行了充放电和温度测量试验,验证了数值仿真的结果。 The existing ventilation structure of Ni-MH battery pack for hybrid electric vehicle(HEV)is studied with the effects of different arrangements of battery module on the distribution of cooling air flow and temperature fields analyzed.A trapezoid staggered arrangement pattern is proposed based on existing parallel and staggered arrangement patterns available.Numerical simulations are conducted on different arrangement patterns by using ANSYS CFX software.The results show that trapezoid staggered arrangement pattern can better improve the evenness of temperature distribution of battery pack.Finally a prototype battery pack with trapezoid staggered arrangement pattern is designed and produced with charge/discharge tests and temperature measurement performed,verifying the results of simulation.
