摘要
针对凸轮廓线导引型汽车滑动天窗机构的运动简图,推导了其主要运动参数的公式。对某车型电动天窗机构进行运动分析结果表明,机构中带导向槽(凸轮廓线)的杆件在某个位置的角加速度变化较快而引起冲击噪声。为此,基于三次样条曲线拟合法,提出了一种凸轮廓线优化设计方法,最后为该车型天窗机构给出了可有效降低冲击的优化的凸轮廓线。
According to the kinematic sketch of cam profile guiding type automotive sliding sunroof mechanism,the formulae of its major kinematic parameters are derived.The results of kinematic analysis of the power sunroof mechanism in a specific vehicle show that the angular acceleration of the linkage with guiding slot(cam profile)has a rather swift change in a certain position,resulting in impact noise.On this account,an optimization design method for cam profile is proposed based on cubic spline curve fitting,and finally an optimized cam profile for the sunroof mechanism of that vehicle is given,which is expected to effectively reduce the impact noise of sunroof.
