摘要 针对粮仓储量估计问题,提出一种无损检测方法。根据粮食介电常数与体密度的关系,首先通过层析成像算法对粮食的介电常数进行反演,实现对仓内粮食体密度的估算;其次采用层析成像对粮仓实际储粮高度进行成像,同时对可能存在的异物大小、形状进行成像,从而得到实际储粮体积;最后由粮食体密度和实际储粮体积,实现对粮仓实际储量的估算。仿真实验针对粮仓模型,选用有限差分法(FDTD)进行了走时数据的正演仿真,之后运用Tikhonov正则化算法进行粮仓的反演计算和成像,仿真结果证实了运用层析成像技术进行粮仓储量无损探测的有效性。 A non - destructive testing method to detect reserves of a grain barn is put forward in this paper. According to the relationship between permittivity and bulk density of grain, velocity tomography technology is used to estimate grain permittivity, and gets bulk density. Then velocity tomography technology is adopted to image the practical height of grain and the size and shape of the unconventionality objects in the barn. With the information of the practical height and the size of unconventionality objects, the practical bulk of grain can be achieved, and then the practical reserves can inversion calculation. formation of a barn is be estimated. FDTD and Tikhonov regularization algorithms are used to do forward imitate and The simulating results show that using the radar tomography method to detect grain reserves invalid.
