摘要
旅游企业是向旅游客提供旅游产品的经济主体,其发展受市场需求结构、需求变动的影响,同时也与企业自身的经营理念和发展战略有关。武陵山区利用丰富的旅游资源,走旅游扶贫之路,不仅旅游业得到了快速的发展,其整个经济水平也有了一定提高。随着时代的变迁,环境的演化及企业本身的特点不同,不同类型的企业将会有不同发展方向和模式。因此,武陵山区旅游企业成长必须从其企业自身的特征及现状分析入手,在充分了解其问题的基础上,确定有利于企业成长的相关对策和措施。
The tourism enterprise is an economical subject which offers traveling products to the tourists. Its development is infected by the need structures and need changes in market, at the same time, is related to its management ideas and development strategies. The area of Wuling mountain makes use of its abundant traveling resources and is on a way of poverty alleviation, so not only the traveling has been developed quickly, but also its economic level has been enhanced in some extent. With the transition of the era, the evolution of circumstance and the different characteristics of enterprises, different enterprises have different development directions and patterns. Hence, the growth of the tourism enterprise in Wuling mountain area must start from analyzing its characteristics and actualities, then determine relative countermeasures and measuros which avail for the growth enterprise on a basis of full understanding the problems.
