高职院校学生顶岗实习法律风险探析

顶岗实习作为校企合作的主要形式在实践中被各职业学校广泛采用,但目前情况下高职院校学生顶岗实习过程中很容易遭遇各种法律风险,致使他们的合法权益得不到有效的保障,只有强化教育与预防,建立健全相应规范,加强风险管理,才能有效保障顶岗实习学生的合法权益,保障顶岗实习顺利进行。

Dinggang internship is extensively used as a cooperation model between schools and enterprises. But higher vocational college students are now facing many legal risks during their internship and their lawful rights are not subject to the protection of relevant laws. To ensure their successful internship, there is a need to enhance right - protection and risk management education and set up rules and regulations to protect their rights.
