苹果轮纹病致病菌的生物学特性初探

The Initial Research on Biological Characteristics of Macrophoma Kawatsukaii

通过对苹果轮纹病致病菌轮纹大茎点菌（Ｍａｃｒｏｐｈｏｍａｋａｗａｔｓｕｋａｉ）生物学特性初步测试，发现该菌在糖分环境中不论在单糖、双糖还是多糖的条件下，均长势良好，其中培养基中含蔗糖时长势最好；另外，不同酸碱条件的测试结果表明其适宜的ｐＨ值为５～７，尤其以ｐＨ为６时长势最好。

By the initial test about biological characteristics of Macrophoma Kawatsukaii which caused apple ring rot.We notice that the pathogeny is dong well not only on the culture medium with monosaccharide,but also on the medium with disaccharide or polysaccharide,among which the best way of growth is on the medium with sucrose.In addition,the results for the growth of the pathogeny in different acidify or alkalinity indicate that the approximate pH range is from 5 to 7,and the most suitable pH is 6.
