摘要
目的探讨细菌性阴道病(BV)患者阴道冲洗液(VLF)中γ干扰素(IFN-γ)、白介素(IL)-2,IL-4,IL-5,人β-防御素2(HBD-2)及人防御素5(HD-5)的临床意义。方法将61例BV患者作为BV组,其中BV阴道pH≥4.7组32例和BV阴道pH为4.5~4.6组29例;15例妇女为中间阴道菌群(中间阴道菌群组);将66例非妊娠、无生殖道感染或炎症的健康体检妇女作为对照组,其中阴道pH≥4.5组31例,阴道pH<4.5组35例。获取VLF标本。使用酶联免疫吸附法测定IFN-γ,IL-2,IL-4,IL-5,HBD-2及HD-5的水平。结果阴道pH≥4.7的BV患者VLF中HD-5水平显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。BV患者VLF中IL-4水平显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论HD-5可能参与防御BV相关病原体的侵袭,而IL-4水平的降低可能会增加BV的易感性。
Objective To study the clinical significances of interferon gamma (IFN-γ),interleukin-2 (IL-2),interleukin-4 (IL-4),interleukin-5 (IL-5),human β-defensin 2 (HBD-2) and human defensin-5(HD-5) in vaginal lavage fluid (VLF) from patients with bacterial vaginosis (BV).Methods Totally 61 BV patients were divided as BV group A (vaginal pH ≥4.7,n=32) and BV group B (vaginal pH 4.5-4.6,n=29),of which 15 patients with intermediate vaginal flora.And 66 healthy women were recruited as controls including 31 whose vaginal pH ≥4.5 and 35 whose vaginal pH 4.5.VLF samples were obtained from all the subjects.The levels of IFN-γ,IL-2,IL-4,IL-5,HBD-2 and HD-5 were measured by using ELISA.Results The concentrations of HD-5 in the VLF from patients with BV and vaginal pH ≥4.7 were significantly higher than those from the controls (P〈0.05).The concentrations of IL-4 were significantly lower in the VLF from patients with BV than from the controls (P〈0.05).Conclusion HD-5 at vagina may participate in defending against invasion by BV-related microorganisms and the decrease of vaginal IL-4 concentration may increase susceptibility to BV.
