天鹅绒针织物预加碱浸染新工艺探讨

A Research on the New Preconditioning Exhaust Dyeing Process of tke Velvet

本文探讨了双官能团活性染料用预加碱浸染天鹅绒针织物的新工艺，并对Ｒｉｆａｆｉｘ活性染料的预加碱工艺进行了优化。结果表明，双官能团活性染料的预加碱工艺所染天鹅绒织物的色牢度、匀染性都比较好，而且工艺操作简单，工厂易于生产。

This Paper deals with a new technology for preconditioning exhaust dyaing of knitted velvet with bifunctional native dyes,and optimizes the paseonditioning process with Rifafix reactive dyes. Good results have ben achieved in regard to dyeing uniformity and colour fastness. This new process is simple and easy to be put into production.
