国有重工业企业在岗职工心理健康状况调查研究

Investigation on mental health level of working staff in nationalized heavy industrial enterprises

目的掌握国有重工业企业在岗职工心理健康状况,探寻提高心理健康的方法。方法采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)对299名国有重工业企业在岗职工进行测评和分析。结果1)国有重工业企业在岗职工在躯体化、强迫、人际敏感、抑郁、焦虑、敌对、恐怖、偏执和精神病性9个因子得分均高于全国成人常模,并具有极其显著统计学差异;2)国有重工业企业在岗职工有轻度以上的心理问题的检出人数为163人,检出率为54.5%;有比较明显的心理障碍的检出人数为109人,检出率为36.5%。3)国有重工业企业在岗职工心理健康总均分在性别方面没有差异,在受教育程度、工龄、进厂形式方面存在显著统计学差异,在年龄、婚姻状况、工作性质、年收入和工种方面存在极其显著统计学差异。结论国有重工业企业在岗职工存在严重的心理问题,应重视其心理健康,探寻有针对性地提高心理健康的方法。

Objective To explore mental health level of working staff in nationalized heavy indus- trial enterprises, and probe into methods that will improve mental health. Methods Z99 working staff in nationalized heavy industrial enterprises were measured by SCL-90 and analyzed. Results ① The SCL--90 subscales such as somatization, compulsion,interpersonal sensitivity, repression, anxiety, hostile, fear, paranoia, psychosis of working staff in nationalized heavy industrial enterprises were higher than national adult norm,and obvious differences could be seen. ② The number of working staff in nationalized heavy industrial enterprises with slight degree and above was 163, the percentage was 54.5 % the number of working staff in nationalized heavy industrial enterprises with more obvious mental disorders was 109, the percentage was 36. 5%. ③There were no statistical differences in mental health in sex; there were significant differences in educational degree, working years form of entering factory; there were very significant differences in age, marriage, working type, yearly income, job category. Conclusions There are serious mental problems in working staff in nationalized heavy industrial enterprises, should be valued in mental health, and probe methods that make pointed references to improve their mental health.
