鲜芦荟配合硫酸镁混合液外敷治疗静脉炎的临床研究

The clinical study of fresh Aloe Vera with the mixture of Magnesium Sulfate in treating Phlebitis

目的探讨鲜芦荟配合硫酸镁混合液外敷治疗对静脉炎的价值。方法对96例运用鲜芦荟配合硫酸镁混合液和87例单纯运用50%硫酸镁溶液湿敷治疗不同程度静脉炎患者进行临床研究。结果鲜芦荟配合硫酸镁混合液外敷治疗静脉炎的治愈率58.33%,总显效率88.54%,总有效率100%,单纯使用50%硫酸液外敷治疗静脉炎的治愈率25.29%,总显效率59.77%,总有效率95.40%,芦荟配合硫酸镁混合液治疗组治愈率、总显效率以及总有效率均显著高于单纯50%硫酸镁溶液治疗组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论鲜芦荟配合硫酸镁混合液外敷治疗静脉炎能显著提高药物引起的静脉炎的治疗效果。

Objective To evaluate the value of fresh aloe vera with the mixture of magnesium sulfate in treating phlebitis. Methods To study 96 cases of phlebitis treated by fresh aloe vera with the mixture of magnesium sulfate, 87 cases of phlebitis treated by simple 50% magnesium sulfate solution. Results The cured rate of fresh aloe vera with the mixture of magnesium sulfate was 58.33%, the total more efficient rate was 59.77% ,the total efficient rate was 100%. The cured rate of simple 50% magnesium sulfate solution was 25.29% ,the total more efficient rate was 59.77% ,the total efficient rate was 95.40%. There were statistical significanees in the cured rate, the total more efficient rate, the total efficient rate between the two groups （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusions The method of fresh Aloe with the mixture of magnesium sulfate treatment is helpful for improving the therapies of phlebitis caused by drugs.
