摘要
为提高端面泵浦高功率光纤激光器的输出功率,本文采用提高泵浦光耦合效率的方法来实现。在比较了其他类型的耦合系统之后,采用双透镜耦合系统;理论上分析了半导体激光光源输出的多模激光光束经过双透镜耦合系统的传输变换规律,利用matlab编程数值模拟得到了耦合系统的初始结构参数,在模拟得到的初始结构基础上,采用zemax软件多次优化,最终实现了93%的高效率耦合系统。该耦合系统是在考虑像差的情况下得到的,相比由matlab模拟得到的不考虑像差的系统更具有参考价值。
In order to improve the output power of the end-pumped high-power fiber laser,we used the method of improving the launching efficiency.In comparison with other types of coupling system,we finally decided to adopt the double-lens coupling system.First we theoretically analyzed the double lens-coupling system.Then we used matlab software to work out the initial configuration and applied zemax software to simulate and optimize this coupling system.Finally the coupling efficiency reached about 93%.This coupling system is obtained in consideration of the aberration,while matlab simulation without considering the aberration,so it has more reference value.
