摘要 针对果品品质检测中内在品质检测的难点,研究了果品X射线检测系统及关键技术,分析了系统各部分组成及工作流程,研究了DM642 EVM嵌入式系统的实时通信技术,根据果品的X射线图像特点,提出了基于一类支持向量机分类器和外轮廓检测的X射线果品品质在线检测算法。实验表明,该系统识别率达88%,并满足在线检测的实时性要求。 Aim at the difficulties of the fruits inner quality detecting,the fruits quality real-time detecting system based on X-ray and its key technology were studied,the component elements of the system and their process were analysed,and the real-time communication technology of DM642 EVM was discussed.After analyzing the characteristic of fruits X-ray image,an approach of fruits quality real-time detect by using X-ray was presented,this method contains an OCSCM classifier and an outline recognition means.The experiment shows,the general accuracy of recognition could be 88%,and its CPU time meets the requirement of real-time detecting.
