摘要
针对我国主要食品中广泛存在的化学性有害物残留,特别是农药残留带来的食品安全问题,研究一种适合于基层执法部门使用的性价比高的快速检测技术和方法,具有重要的意义。本文采用荷兰Avantes公司的微型光纤光谱仪,建立了一种基于光纤光谱技术的农药残留快速检测方法,进行了相关的实验研究,配制了毒死蜱、辛硫磷、甲基万虫净和甲基1605等标准农药溶液,绘制了UV/VIS/NR光谱图,并确定了最佳吸收波长,得出了四种农药的UV/VIS/NR吸收光谱图,观察了随农药浓度变化的吸收光谱,研究了四种农药的吸收峰。实验结果表明:采用光纤光谱技术进行农药残留快速检测,具有性价比高、操作简便、易于推广、分析速度快、可实现在线测量等优点,可适用于基层执法部门和执法人员进行农药残留的现场快速检测,具有广阔的应用前景。
Because of the wide existences of chemical injurant residues in some main kind of food in China,especially the food-security problems caused by pesticide residues,it's meaningful to find out a rapid and cost-efficient method or technic which can be suitable for the grassroots law enforcement organs.This dissertation focus on introducing a method of measuring the pesticide residue rapidly based on the technic of optical fiber spectrum.Relevant researches and experiments have been done,in these experiments we confect different standard pesticide solutions with Benzene and Chlorpyrifos,Phoxim,Methyl-abamectin,Parathion-methyl respectively.Meanwhile,spectrums of UV/VIS/NR has been plotted and the optimal absorption wavelength has been defined.Addtionally,many researches have been done on the absorption peaks of the four pesticides.Results of experiments indicate that measuring the pesticide residue rapidly based on the technic of optical fiber spectrum has the merits of costefficiency,easy operation,easy spread,rapidly analyzing and possibilities to measure on-line.The method is quite suitable for the grassroots law enforcement organs or officials to undergo rapid measurements on site and has a wide application prospect.
