摘要
利用阳离子化试剂缩水甘油三甲基氯化铵(EPTAC)对树状聚酰胺-胺分子上的氨基进行季铵化改性制得了阳离子树状聚酰胺-胺(PAMAM-TAC),并将其应用于皮革黑染料废水的脱色处理。研究了改性聚酰胺-胺阳离子树状聚合物的代数、用量、处理的pH、时间和温度对脱色率的影响。结果表明,在25℃,pH=3~5,1.0 G的PAMAM-TAC用量为30 mg/L,处理时间为10 min时,染料废水的脱色率可达97%以上。
A quaternary ammonium salt of polyamidoamine dendrime(PAMAM-TAC) was synthesized by grafting amino-terminated polyamidoamine dendrime(PAMAM) with glycidyl trimethyl ammonium chloride(EPTAC),which was used to treat dyeing wastewater.The factors of influence were discussed in this article,including the generation of PAMAM-TAC,amount of PAMAM-TAC,the value of pH,temperature and time in treating dyeing wastewater.The results indicated that when the factors were controlled at 25 ℃,pH value 3~5,concentration of 1.0 G PAMAM-TAC 30 mg/L,treatment time 10 min,the decolorization rate of chroma reached 97%.
