一种巯基胺型羧酸螯合树脂的制备及其吸附性能 被引量:5

摘要 以环硫氯丙烷和多乙烯多胺为原料,通过交联反应合成了巯基胺型树脂(PA树脂)。然后对PA树脂进行氯乙酸化反应,合成了巯基胺型羧酸螯合树脂(PAC树脂),并通过傅立叶变换红外光谱仪(FTIR)对其结构进行了表征。研究了PAC树脂对模拟含Cu2+电镀废水的吸附性能,探讨了树脂用量、吸附时间和pH对Cu2+吸附性能的影响。实验结果表明,在常温常压下,取25 mL浓度为10 mmol/L的废水溶液,PAC树脂吸附Cu2+的最佳用量为0.40 g/mmol Cu2+,最佳吸附时间为150 min,最佳pH为6~10,最大吸附量和最大吸附率分别达到2.53mmol/g和94.7%。PAC树脂对Cu2+的吸附过程符合Langmiur和Freundlich等温吸附方程。 Mercapto-amino(PA) resin was prepared by the crosslinked reaction of chloromethylthiirane with polyethylene polyamine.Then the PA resin reacted with chloroacetic acid to give mercapto-aminocarboxylic acid(PAC) chelating resins.The chemical structure of resins was characterized by FTIR.The adsorption performance of PAC chelating resins to simulated electroplating wastewater containing Cu2+ was investigated.The influences of quantity of resins,adsorption time and pH value on the adsorption effect of Cu2+ were observed.The results showed that,at normal temperature and pressure,when it is 25 mL wastewater solution with the concentration of 10 mmol/L,under the optimal condition for PAC chelating resins adsorbing Cu2+ that the quantity of resins was 0.40 g/mmol Cu2+,the adsorption time was 150 min,the pH was 6 to 10,the maximum adsorption quantity reached 2.53 mmol/g and the maximum adsorption rate was 94.7%.The process of PAC resins adsorbing Cu2+ was in accordance with the Langmuir and Freundlich adsorption isotherms equation.
