摘要
目的:研究奥拉西坦对阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(OSAHS)大鼠认知障碍的影响。方法:成年雄性SD大鼠24只,建立慢性间歇性缺氧模型,随机分为空白对照组、慢性间歇性缺氧组、药物组,并用Morris水迷宫实验,评价三组大鼠的空间学习记忆功能。结果:Morris水迷宫学习成绩(定位航行实验):从第一天开始,慢性间歇性缺氧组的逃避潜伏期明显长于空白对照组,(P<0.05),药物组的逃避潜伏期接近空白对照组,无显著差异(P>0.05)。Morris水迷宫记忆成绩:慢性间歇性缺氧组的穿越平台次数较空白对照组显著减少(P<0.05),药物组的穿越平台次数接近空白对照组,两者无显著差异(P>0.05)。各组在跨越目标象限时间占整个游泳的时间百分率的比较:慢性间歇性缺氧组较空白对照组显著减少(P<0.05),药物组接近空白对照组,两者无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论:慢性间歇性缺氧对大鼠的学习能力有一定的损伤;经奥拉西坦治疗后的大鼠学习能力有了提高。
Objective:To study the impact of Cxiracetam on cognitive impairment of obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome (OSAHS) in rats. Methods: 24 adult male SD rats that were established chronic intermittent hypoxia model were randomly divided into the unhandled control group, the chronic intermittent hypoxia group, the drug group, and evaluat three groups of rats spatial learning and memory function by Morris water maze test. Results: Morris water maze performance ( positioning navigation test) : From the first day, the escape latency of rats in the chronic intermittent hypoxia group was significantly longer than that in the control group ( P 〈 0.05 ), and that in the drug group close to the blank control group, no significant difference ( P 〉 0.05 ). Morris water maze memory performance : the number of times of crossing the platform in the chronic intermittent hypoxia group was significantly reduced than that in the control group ( P 〈 0.05), the number of times of crossing the platform in the drug groups close to the blank control group, there was no significant difference (P 〉 0.05) .The percentage of time spenting on crossing the target quadrant in the total of swimming time in each group compared: the chronic intermittent hypoxia group was significantly reduced than in the control group (P 〈 0.05 ), the drug group close to the blank control group, there was no significant difference ( P 〉 0.05 ). Conclusion: Chronic intermittent hypoxia damage the learning ability of rats with a certain degree, the treatment of oxiracetam can improve the learning ability of rats.
