合成四溴氢醌的一种改良法

摘要 本文提出一种合成四溴氢醌的改良法。此法以氢醌和溴素为原料,以冰醋酸为溶剂,通过分段控温实现溴化。此法的收率达到95%,远超过文献中的最高记载值(86%)。此法既适合于实验室制备,又能用于工业规模的生产。用于工业生产时反应母液可重复循环使用,勿须作任何处理。母液循环中收率提高到97%以上。 A modified procedure for preparing Tetrabromohydroquinone is presented here. Hydroq-uinon and bromine are used as the starting materials and bromination is effected by stepwise control of reaction temperature in ice acetic acid. In this procedure the yield of the product has been increased up to 95%, which is far better than the reported yield of 86%. This procedure is also suitable for the manufacture of the product in industry scale. The solvent canbe reused without further treatment, and the yield of the product, can be increased further to > 97%
