摘要
讨论了圆环与多边形重叠区域的判定算法，它集判断与确定功能于一身，并给出了作出其重叠区域的定理．
A pracxical deciding algorithm of overlay area is presented for a circular ring C and a polygon P,which serves the needs of judging and determining functions. The theorems about what is the overly area of C and P are also given.
