纤维支气管镜床旁支气管肺泡灌洗加注抗生素治疗难治性肺部感染54例分析

Analysis of 54 refractory-pulmonary-infection cases treated with bronchoalveolar lavage by bronchofibroscope and antibiotic therapy

目的:探讨纤维支气管镜在难治性肺部感染中的应用价值。方法:对54例难治性肺部感染患者在综合治疗的基础上行纤维支气管镜肺泡灌洗及加注抗生素治疗。结果:54例治疗后取得良好效果。呼吸困难、发热、咳嗽、咯痰症状消失或明显减轻,胸部X线片浸润影明显吸收,总有效率达85%以上。结论:纤维支气管镜肺泡灌洗加注抗生素治疗难治性肺部感染疗效确切。

Objective：To evaluate the application value of bronchofibroscope in refractory pulmonary infection. Methods：Bronchoalveolar lavage with bronchofibroscope and antibiotic therapy were carried out in 54 cases of refractory pulmonary infection on the basis of the comprehensive treatment. Results：54 patients after treatments gained good results. The symptoms such as difficulty breathing,fever,cough and sputum were disappeared or reduced significantly,Infiltration shadow of chest X-ray was absorpted significantly. Total effective rate reached over 85%. Conclusion：It is effective that bronchoalveolar lavage with bronchofibroscope and antibiotic therapy were treated refractory pulmonary infection.
