综述了子午线轮胎用钢帘线及其专用盘条国内外技术发展趋势与现状,介绍了国际标准的研制工作的具体内容、创新点、经济和社会效益等,指出了以我国标准为基础制定国际标准的意义。

Based on the summary of the present situation and development tendency about the technology and standardization in the field of steel cord for tyre reinforcement and wire rods for special applieation, this paper presented the contents, innovative points of the international standards, and recommended the economic interests and benefits on the development of international standards. It was pointed out that the great significance existed when making ISO standards based on our national standards.
