摘要
文章研究了ICP-AES法同时测定锰硅合金中硼和钛含量的测定方法。试料用硝酸、氢氟酸分解,除去NO_2后,导入ICP原子发射光谱仪中进行测定。通过实验表明,该方法简便、快速、灵敏,相对标准偏差小于5%,回收率在97.5%~104.0%之间,能满足生产和科研的要求。
This paper deals with the ICP-AES method of determination of Boron and Titanium content in ferromanganesssilicon. The sample will be decomposed by nitric acid and hydrofluoric acid, and then make the NO2 elimination, determine in ICP-AES. The experiment show that this method is simple, rapid, sensitive. The relative standard deviation is less than 5%, the recovery is between 97.5%-104.0%. It can satisfy the demand of production and research.
