摘要 通过分析中频感应加热原理及应用,钢丝绳的内应力及残余应力,金属的回复理论;开发了适用于航空钢丝绳中频加热设备,试验研究中频感应回火后钢丝绳的疲劳变化趋势,确定了航空钢丝绳中频回火生产工艺,提高了航空钢丝绳的疲劳寿命。 To analyze the heating theory and application of intermediate frequency induction, the inner stress and remains stress in the wire rope, and the metallic revert theory; to develop the intermediate frequency heating equipment for aircraft wire rope, to test and to study the change trend for fatigue of wire rope after intermediate frequency induction treatment, to make the production technology of intermediate frequency induction for aircraft wire rope, to improve the life time of aircraft wire rope.
