摘要
目前有关正定矩阵的性质理论都是以对称矩阵或Ｈｅｒｍｉｔｅ矩阵为前提的，本文就一般实方阵对正定矩阵的概念加以拓广。
In this paper,generalized positive definite matrix is defined and some of its properties are proved by using the method of transforming it to quasiantisymmetric matrix.
