目的: 探讨台湾药事服务费收费起源与发展,提供制定药事服务费收费参考。方法: 参考台闽地区劳工保险局及中央健康保险局历年数据库,根据药事服务费给付金额与项目分析整理。结果: 临床药学服务工作量与药事服务费给付现况相差甚远,台湾在规划以病例计酬,药师应该更能发挥自身药学专业价值。结论: 如何体现药师自身专业素养与医疗社会环境的价值,这是海峡两岸药师现今面临的相同挑战。

Objective： To explore the origins and development of pharmaceutical service charging fees and look forward to offering reference for different places to establish pharmaceutical service fees. Methods： The database over the years of Labors Insurance Bureau in Taiwan Region and Taiwan＇s Central Health Insurance Bureau were referred to, analyzed and collated according to the amount of payment and items. R^sults： It is completely different between the workload and the current status of pharmaceutical service fees paid. Taiwan is planning to pay by case, and pharmacists can be more active in playing their own professional values. Conclusions： How to reflect pharmacist＇s own professionalism and medical values under the social environment is the same challenge that cross-strait pharmacists are facing with today.
