Overview of Health Care “Global Forum”

目的: 介绍2009年卫生保健"全球论坛",为我国的医疗卫生改革提供借鉴。方法: 参加会议交流和参观。结果: 来自世界各国近千位的医药卫生政策研究专家聚集一堂,研讨、参观、体验古巴的全民医保的经验,使许多发达国家的政府及卫生保健专业人员为之震撼。论坛创造平台,让各国卫生保健专家各抒己见,从社会学、经济学、技术和管理创新的层面,研究探讨如何达到世界卫生组织倡导的"医疗卫生保健是公民的权利,医疗卫生保健的公平性是首要的任务"这一目标。结论: 参考世界不同国家,特别是古巴的卫生保健经验,对深化我国的医疗改革具有积极的借鉴意义。

Objective： To introduce Health care ＂Global Forum＂ in 2009, in order to provide reference for medical reform in China. Mothods： Communicate and visit in the forum. Results： From around the world nearly a thousand experts who were undergoing medical and health policy research got together to have seminars, visits and experience Cuba＇s universal health insurance practice. Many officers who come from governments in developed countries and health care professionals were astonished by what they were saying. The forum creates a platform for national health care experts to express their comments on sociology, economics, technology and management innovation to research and discuss how to achieve the goal that the World Health Organization sparkplug ＂Health care is the citizen＇s right, and fairness in health care is a primary task＂. Conclusions： Referring to the health care experience from other countries, especially from Cube, has a positive meaning to deepen chinese health care reform.
