中草药添加剂对奶牛干物质采食量及瘤胃内环境的影响 被引量:22

摘要 试验选择4头体重相近,体况良好,安装永久性瘤胃瘘管的荷斯坦牛。采用4×4拉丁方设计,在保持正常饲养管理的情况下,对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验组在基础日粮的基础上添加中草药添加剂Ⅰ、中草药添加剂Ⅱ、中草药添加剂Ⅲ。试验共分为四期,每期试验共21d,其中预试期7d、正试期14d。结果表明:中草药添加剂能改变奶牛干物质的采食量,改善瘤胃内环境,提高瘤胃液pH,降低瘤胃液NH3-N浓度,提高瘤胃液MCP浓度。 Four Holstein dairy cows with permanent rumen fistulas were selected in the experiment. The four dairy cows are all under good condition and with similar body weight and healthy condition. The experiment was designed by 4×4 Latin square, the control group was treated with the basic ration, and the tested groups were added with Herb Additives,Ⅰ,Ⅱ and Ⅲ. This experiment include four periods, each period has 21 days, which include pretesting days of 7 and testing days of 14. The results show that the Herb Feed Additives can change dry matter intake, improve rumen internal environment, including increasing the pH of rnmen liquid, decreasing the density of NH3-N and improve the density of MCP.
