缺血修饰白蛋白与急性冠脉综合征 被引量：6

摘要 缺血修饰白蛋白是心肌缺血发生后到发生细胞坏死之前的一个非常早期的指标,主要根据人血清白蛋白N末端与钴离子的结合力的改变而测定。心肌缺血一旦发生,缺血修饰白蛋白就迅速升高,缺血停止后仍能持续数小时。可用于急性冠脉综合征的早期诊断、短期危险分层及判断预后等。本文就近年缺血修饰白蛋白的研究进展作一综述。
