摘要
基础设施对长期经济增长有重要作用,特别是在全球经济不景气的今天,我国政府把基础设施投资作为拉动经济增长的重要手段,与此同时就出现了怎样提高投资科学性的问题。本文基于陕西省1978—2006年的数据,分析了陕西省基础设施投资现状,测算了不同类型投资对经济发展产生的影响,进而为提高财政资金使用效率提供了建议。
The infrastructure plays an important role on long-term economic growth..Nowadays,government takes the investment on infrastructure as an important means of stimulating economic growth,because of the not booming global economic.Meanwhile the question of scientific investment appears.In this paper ,with Shaanxi Province as an example,the author estimates the elasticity of economic growth to various types of expenditure after analyzing the actual state of government investment on infrastructure,,and then obtained some enlightenment.Under the premise of improving the efficiency of financial funds, the author puts forward some the corresponding policy proposal..
