摘要
日本在发展循环经济过程中,建立了不同层次的循环经济发展模式。在日本政府的规划和引导下,形成了以"政府主导型"为特征的社会运行机制,注重发展模式的转变和创建新型产业模式,确定零排放的目标作为循环技术系统的支柱。这一发展模式为改变我国粗放型的经济增长方式,寻求新的经济发展路径,构建新的技术经济范式,提供了可资借鉴的范例。
Japan had built up different levels of development model during developing circular economy.Under the direction and planning of government, Japan had founded social operating system characterized by government dominant style, which focused on the transition of development model and creation new style industrial pattern, taken zero emissions objective as a pillar of circular technology system.This development model set an example for China to change the extensive mode of economic growth, search new economic development path and construct new technical economic paradigm.
