大学生职业能力测评指标体系研究

A Study on Index System for Evaluating the University Students' Ability on Career

本研究从企业招聘需求的角度以实证的方法对大学生综合素质作了探讨,设计问卷并经三次施测构建出大学生职业能力测评指标体系,包含文明素养表现、学习创新能力、沟通协作素养、知识经验构成和工作胜任潜质等5个因子,24个项目;并就大学生素质和能力的测评鉴定提出若干建议。

This study has made a discussion from the perspective of the enterprise employment advertise demand by the real diagnosis method on the university students＇ comprehensive quality.The design of questionnaire and the three times execution of it conceived the university student professional ability evaluation indicator system, which contained the civilized accomplishment performance, the study innovation ability, the communication cooperation accomplishment, the knowledge experience constitution, the work competent potential and so on 5 factors, 24 projects.At the same time the study put forward certain proposals on the university student quality and ability evaluation appraisal.
