摘要
采用3种不同的方法变性处理蓝舌病病毒BTV16RNA,与DIG标记的BTV16VP7基因制备的探针经斑点杂交和Northern印迹杂交。试验表明,DMSO变性处理的核酸杂交后探针的灵敏度最高。
Three different kinds of methods have been used to denature RNAs of BTV 16,which hybrid with BTV 16 VP 7gene probe labled with DIG by dot blot and Northern blot test.It shows that the highest sensitivity of the probe is that only hybride with the RNA denatured by DMSO .The rest two methods were not so good.
