Analysis of Non agricultural Land Use for Construction in Xinjiang

新疆荒地资源较为丰富，但其被大量开发的同时耕地又不断被占用，耕地总量并未增大，因此，新疆非农建设用地的控制不可小视。回顾了新疆各类非农建设用地的发展概况，客观分析了非农建设用地的特点及存在的问题。

There is much more abundant wastland resource in Xinjiang,but it is explorted largely while the cultivated land is continously occupited.The total cultivated land increased at all.so it is notneglected to control the non agricultural land use for constraction in Xinjiang.Based on above,in order to strengthen the thinking on the problems of non agaricultural land use for constraction and make correct policy on the land using and administration in the development of all trades and profession.this paper introduces the survey of the development of non agricultural land use for constraction andobjectively analyses its characteristic and some problems.
