摘要
体内外实验表明,静脉注入α-半乳糖神经酰胺(α—GalCer)及α-GalCer荷载的树突状细胞(DC)在体内均可活化自然杀伤T(NKT)细胞,可达到抗肿瘤免疫治疗作用;过继输入体外培养、扩增的NKT细胞,也可达到此治疗目的。
Administrating intravenously α-GalCer and α-GalCer-pulsed dendritic cell that can activate natural killer T(NKT) cells in vivo, and adoptive transfer of in vitro and proliferated NKT ceils could achieve anti-tumor immunotherpy effects.
