植酸酶在生长猪中的研究及应用进展 被引量:2

摘要 在生长猪日粮中添加植酸酶可以提高猪对钙磷的利用率,提高生长猪的生长性能,降低营养物质排泄量,减少环境污染。文章综述了添加植酸酶对生长猪钙、磷、氨基酸等的表观消化率、血清生化指标的影响,与其他酶的配合使用效果以及在猪生产中的应用效果,旨在为生产提供理论依据。 Add phytase in growing pig diets could improve the apparent absorption of Ca, P and growth performance of swine, reduce nutrition excretion in manure so can limit environmental pollution due to the reduce of P content in the excrements. This article is conducted to introduce the research and application of phytase, the effects of add phytase in growing pig diets on the apparent absorption Ca, P and amino acid, and the indexes of serum. The effects ofphytase combined with other enzyme in porcine nutrition to afford a theoretics for the farmers.
