MRI在膝关节半月板损伤中的应用(综述) 被引量:2

摘要 MRI对诊断膝关节半月板病变敏感性和特异性均较高,已经取代关节造影检查。正常半月板在MRI上表现为均一低信号,退变和撕裂所在表现为高信号。矢状面主要用来评价半月板的退变和撕裂,应用短回波时间能良好地显示半月板内部线样撕裂,冠状位STIR检查小的半月板桶柄状撕裂和关节镜比较,敏感性为93%。一些影响MRI半月板损伤诊断的因素要注意鉴别。MRI能够以多方位、多参数成像客观地显示膝关节半月板损伤程度,在临床上发挥越来越重要的作用。
