摘要
采用旋转注射混合技术,将组分B以液滴形式与组分A混合通过对组分B液滴的受力分析,得出了液滴半径rb的方程由此分析了各有关参数对rb以及对分散混合效果的影响,提出了一系列增强分散混合效果的措施。
The component B was mixed in the component A in the form of droplets by the rotary injection mixing mode.An equation of the droplet radius was obtained on the kinetic analysis of the droplet formation.According to the solution of this equation,the effects of the relevant factors on the droplet radius were revealed,and a number of suggestions were presented to improved the dispersing mixing performance,also their side effects were pointed out.
