旋转注射分散混合机理研究

A Study on the Dispersing Mixing Performance of the Rotary Injection Mixing Technology

采用旋转注射混合技术，将组分Ｂ以液滴形式与组分Ａ混合通过对组分Ｂ液滴的受力分析，得出了液滴半径ｒｂ的方程由此分析了各有关参数对ｒｂ以及对分散混合效果的影响，提出了一系列增强分散混合效果的措施。

The component B was mixed in the component A in the form of droplets by the rotary injection mixing mode.An equation of the droplet radius was obtained on the kinetic analysis of the droplet formation.According to the solution of this equation,the effects of the relevant factors on the droplet radius were revealed,and a number of suggestions were presented to improved the dispersing mixing performance,also their side effects were pointed out.
