摘要
目的探讨参一胶囊(Rg3)对小鼠黑色素瘤细胞的生长抑制及其诱导凋亡的作用。方法MTT法检测参一胶囊(Rg3)对黑色素瘤细胞生长的影响;流式细胞仪检测细胞凋亡。结果参一胶囊(Rg3)对小鼠黑色素瘤细胞生长有显著的抑制作用,并能显著诱导细胞发生凋亡,其作用呈明显的量效和时间依赖性关系。结论参一胶囊(Rg3)诱导小鼠B16-4A5黑色素瘤细胞凋亡,抑制细胞增殖。
Objective To investigate the effects of Rg3 on the apoptosis of melanoma B16-4A5 cells.Methods The cell growth and apoptosis were assessed with MTT method and flow cytometry, respectively. Results Rg3 had significantly inhibitory effect on B16-4A5 cell growth, and induced the apoptosis with a dose - and time - dependent manner. Conclusion Rg3 can inhibit B16-4A5 cell growth and induce apoptosis.
