CAD/CAM 技术在非理论螺旋面端齿零件加工中的应用

CAD/CAM Technique Applied on Processing Non-theoretics Helix Face End-Tooth Part

根据一类非理论螺旋面端齿零件齿面描述困难、齿形尺寸小、加工要求高的特点，提出了一种利用ＣＡＤ／ＣＡＭ技术的制造方法。

Due to the difficult description of non-theoretics helix face end-tooth part and the characteristics of small tooth dimension and high requirement in forming,the paper not only proposes one kind of CAD/CAM processing method,but also depicts how to construct 3D end-tooth electrode with non-theoretics helix face using UGII software and the CAM process of electrode.
