摘要
文章以广西平南县种植的山柰为原料,以石油醚为溶剂用索氏提取法提取挥发油,通过气相-质谱联用(GC-MS)分析手段对挥发油的主要成分进行分析,以峰面积归一化法确定各组分的相对含量;结果从山柰挥发油中共分离出37个色谱峰,经GC-MS分析,鉴定了其中的36个成分,占被测总含量的99.75%,其主要成分依次为反式对甲氧基肉桂酸乙酯(44.38%)、十五烷(13.20%)、反式肉桂酸乙酯(11.33%)、顺式对甲氧基肉桂酸乙酯(5.81%)等。
In this study , the volatile oil was extracted from Kaempferia galanga L. growing in Pingnan , Guangxi by Soxhelt method with petroleum ether. The chemical component of volatile oil was analysised By the method of GC-MS, and the relative contents of these compounds were calculated using square peaks to normalization. On the volatile oil 37 peaks were separated, of which 36 compounds were identified,which accounted for 99.75% of it, the main chemical constituents was trans-ethyl-pmethoxycinnamate (44. 38%), Pentadecane(13.20%),trans-ethyl cinnamate (11.33%), cis-ethyl p- methoxycinnamate (5.81%) and so on .
