摘要
为了寻求最接近自然锈蚀特征的通电锈蚀法,研究了不同掺盐率对钢筋混凝土试件通电锈蚀特征的影响规律,并进行了原因分析。试验结果表明:随掺盐率增加,试件锈蚀速度加快,氧化不充分锈蚀产物增多,与自然环境下钢筋锈蚀成分的差异增大;掺盐对混凝土中钢筋的锈蚀形态有显著影响,未掺盐试件中钢筋呈非均匀锈蚀特征,与自然环境下混凝土中钢筋的锈蚀形态相似,而掺盐试件中钢筋的锈蚀程度较为均匀,且均匀程度随掺盐率增大而增大;掺盐对试件停止通电后锈胀裂缝的发展有明显影响,停止通电后,钢筋锈蚀进程并不停止,且掺盐率越高锈蚀发展越显著,裂缝宽度增长越大。
To find the best electrifying corrosion method close to the natural way,this paper researched the influence of different salt contents on the electrifying corrosion characters of reinforced concrete specimens,and analyzed the causes.The following conclusion can be drawn from the experiments.With the increase of the salt content,the corrosion of the rebar is quickened,the corrosion products not fully oxidized are increased, and the differences of rust component expanded with that in the natural way.Salt has significant influence on the rust form of steel bars.The corrosion is non-uniform for non-salt specimens,which is similar to that in natural environment,while uniform for salting specimens.With the increase of salt in the specimens,the corrosion is more and more uniform.In addition,salt also has great influence on the development of the corrosive crack after the end of electrifying.When stopping electrifying,the corrosion is still continued.The higher the salt content is,the more remarkable the corrosion develops,and the wider cracks grow.
