摘要 吸水率和吸水速率等吸水性能对轻骨料的应用是非常重要的。用骨料粒径为5、15、25mm的3种膨胀黏土结构轻骨料来研究轻骨料的吸水规律,同时,利用荧光显微法和图像分析法定量研究了骨料外壳厚度、骨料孔隙面积百分比和骨料单位面积孔隙数量这3个因素对轻骨料吸水性能的影响。从研究结果可知:①轻骨料的吸水率主要被骨料外壳厚度和骨料内部孔隙数量控制;②轻骨料的吸水速率与孔隙面积百分比有关。 Water absorption properties,i.e.absorption and absorption rate,are very important for application of lightweight aggregate(LWA).In this research,experimental studies were carried out to obtain the rules on water absorption of three kinds of lightweight expanded clay aggregates (LECA),which particle diameter is 5,15 mm and 25 mm,respectively.Based on image analysis and fluorescence microscopy,the effects of ag-gregate LWA shell thickness,pore area and pore distribution on LWA absorption properties were analyzed qualitatively.Through the investigation,it can be known that ①LWA water absorption mainly is controlled by shell thickness and pore number of the aggregate;②LWA absorption rate is relative to percentage of pore area.
