摘要
对水泥轻舟用薄板结构混凝土的集料级配进行和优化设计,并对纤维、乳液的优选及最佳掺量的确定进行了研究。研究结果表明:混凝土集料取碎石A∶碎石B∶河砂=2∶3∶5时,配制的集料级配曲线最接近Fuller曲线;UF500纤维素纤维和StyrofanD623丁苯乳液配制的水泥混凝土具有更高的强度,优选出的混凝土抗折强度达14MPa,适宜于水泥轻舟用薄板结构使用。
The aggregates optimum gradation of the lamina structure concrete for using concrete canoe is designed,the proportion and sort of fiber,latex for this kind of concrete is also studied.The results indicated that:the proportion of crushed stone A:crushed stone Band river sand of 2∶3∶5 mostly matched the Fuller curve;UF500 cellulose fibers and Styrofan D623 styrene-butadiene latex can improve the flexural strength of this kind of concrete,the compressive strength of this concrete with optimum mixing proportion can reach 14 MPa,it is suitable for using as concrete canoe building material.
