摘要
自然爆裂后采摘并直接晒干的五倍子,与自然爆裂前采摘经水煮后晒干的五倍子相比,前者的鞣质含量的高出后者约10%。采摘时间及处理方法对五倍子鞣质含量影响显著。
The tannic content of Chinese gall nut picked and directly dried after its natural splitting is ten percent higher than that of Chinese gall nut,boiled and dried prior to its natural splitting.Picking time and treatment apparently affected the contains of Gallotannin.
