摘要
碳纤维发热线布置于水泥混凝土路面或桥面通电升温融化路面冰雪可避免传统除冰盐对路面结构及土壤生态环境所造成的破坏。Ansys模拟了路面及冰柜内混凝土小板布置不同间距发热线的温度场分布,结果表明在环境温度为-25℃,无风,发热线间距取小于10cm时,板表面平均温度可达到0℃以上,且温度分布均匀满足融雪化冰要求,这和冰柜内小板的间距布置试验结果基本一致。
A method of deicing with carbon fiber heating wire(CFHW)buried inside concrete slab is presented which avoids the negative effects on structure function and environment caused by traditional deicing salt.The temperature fields of actual pavement and small-scale slab heated by CFHW with different kinds of space are simulated by finite element analysis software-ANSYS.It demonstrates that the space between CFHW,less than 10 cm,could meet the deicing requirements that the average temperature on the surface of slab increase to over 0 ℃ and the tem-perature on surface distribute evenly when the air temperature was -25 ℃ and there was no wind.This result is basically in accordance with the result of the experiment of designing rational space between wires.
