摘要
介绍了一种以工业控制计算机为核心的曲轴不平衡信号检测系统。该系统与德国HL-20KVA曲轴动平衡机配套使用,可以满意的精度检测出曲轴不平衡量的大小及其角度位置,不平衡量(50g·cm-300g·cm范围内)重复测量误差≤15g·cm。本系统的研制具有投资少、开发周期短以及便于在线维修等特点。
A measurement system for unbalance signals of crankshafts,which is mainly based on an industrial control computer,is introduced.With the system combined with a HL-20KVA dynamic balance machine made in Germany,the amplitude and the angular position of crankshaft unbalances can accurately be measured,and the repeat measarement error of unbalance within 50 g·cm~300 g·cm is less than 15 g·cm.In addition to easily modifing for design on line,goals of low cost and short time for research and development of the system are reached.
