摘要 课业负担问题是其核心利益相关者国家、教师、学校、家庭和学生、出版商在具体利益目标上存在差异,这种差异引发了利益冲突,由冲突导致为了追求自身利益最大化的利益博弈。博弈的过程是多元互动的,结果是否定了学生个体综合素质的提高和发展的优质化,国家的国际竞争力不强。以制度、法律、舆论等方式和路径为协调管道,重新构建课业负担问题的核心利益相关者的分配模式,有望消解课业负担之沉疴。 The burden of curriculum and homework is at its core stakeholders in the country, teachers, schools, families and students, publishers target the specific interests which are differences, such differences lead to a conflict of interest caused by the conflict in order to pursue their own interests to further the interests of maximizing game.Interests of the game process is multi-interaction, resulting in denial of improving the overall quality of individual students and development of high quality, curriculum reform goals aside, the state less competitive. To institutional, legal, public opinion, etc. and path for the Coordinated pipeline, re-build the burden associated with the academic core of stakeholder allocation model, is expected to digestion homework burden ills.
