对兰州市区公交车服务满意度的调查研究 被引量:2

摘要 本论述以兰州市民为调查对象,以公交服务为调查项目,通过设计调查问卷,由在校大学生采用街头拦截式访问的调查方法,得出兰州市民对公交车服务的整体满意度为3.2327分;市民最希望公交服务改进的地方是急起急停和准点发车;市民对兰州公交的售后服务基本满意。
