ABS树脂热解反应模拟动力学的研究

STUDY ON SIMULATION PYROLYSIS KINETICS OF ABS RESIN

本文采用近“S”型曲线,模拟逼进ABS树脂热失重过程,得到了模拟反应的动力学方程,可以为实际应用提供参考。

Based on pyrolysis experiments of ABS resin samples with the aid of thermagravime-tric analyzer at the heating rate of 5 ℃/min, the pyrolysis kinetic character of ABS resin was studied by means of simulation method of an approximate curve of 'S' type. The corresponding kinetic equations were obtained, which were simple in form and clear in physical significance, and were in better agreement with experimental results.
