摘要
三丁基锡(包括三丁基锡氧化物TBTO和三丁基锡氟化物TBTF)、三苯基锡化合物在低浓度下可限制海洋单细胞藻的生长和存活。一次培养实验结果表明:TBTO、TBTF、三苯基锡对三角褐指藻具有强毒性,其72小时半致死浓度EC 50分别为TBTO,0.83μg/dm^3TBTF,1.09μg/dm^3;三苯基锡,0.93μg/dm^3。
Tributyltin, including tributyltin oxide ( TBTO) and tributyltin fluoride ( TBTF) , and triphenyltin compounds inhibit the population growth and survival of marine unicellular algae at the low concentrations. Results of toxiciry studies in batch culture experiment suggest that TBTO TBTF and triphenyltin chloride are highly toxic to the diatom phaeodactylum tricorutum with 72h EC50 being 0. 83ug/dm3 for TBTO, 1. 09μg/dm3 for TBTF and 0. 93μg/dm3 for triphenyltin chloride.
