摘要
电能质量评估是电能质量研究中不可缺少的重要组成部分。本文首先按类归纳了电能质量的各种评估方式,系统化地给出了单项评估和综合评估、量化评估和等级评估、监测点评估和系统评估、兼容评估和规划评估的含义;阐述并提出了在电力市场下的定制评估和公众评估的必要性和定义。在分析这些不同评估方式之间的关系基础上,构造了基于专业技术层和应用服务层的不同视觉的分层电能质量评估体系架构。体系架构显示了体系内部之间关系以及内部与外部之间的联系,便于在架构下开展各类电能质量评估模型的研究,并开发监测评估工作的多重应用。
Power quality(PQ) assessment has become one of the main concerned problems of PQ researches. The definition of custom assessment and public assessment of PQ are presented for the need of power customers. The relationships of single assessment, comprehensive assessment, sites assessment, system assessment, planning assessment, compatibility assessment, quantifying assessment, qualitative assessment, custom assessment and public assessment of PQ are analyzed. Based on these, an infrastructure of PQ assessment system (PQASI) is built from two different views. It has two layers. On the technology layer PQ assessment can be made according to quality contents, net circumstances, and forms of outcomes. The results of assessments on the technology layer can be mirrored to the application layer, which face the entities of electricity market, utilities and power customers.
